These strawberry overnight oats are one of my favourite high protein and easy breakfasts and it’s about to become one of yours too! These oats are soaked overnight in strawberry milk and topped with fresh berries and maple syrup. Store in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week!

Ingredients
- 2 cups large flake oats
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups plant milk (I used soy)
- 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Equipment

- Jars or containers
Instructions
- Thaw strawberries in the microwave for 1 minute, then add to blender with plant milk (I used soy) and blend until smooth.
- Divide oats into 3 jars, then add in strawberry milk and mix.
- Add berries and maple syrup then store in the fridge for at least a few hours or overnight. Enjoy during the week!
