When I started on my plant-based journey, I was experimenting new recipes in the kitchen everyday. This meant that I needed to invest in high quality kitchenware for better tasting meals and easy cleanups. I’ve listed below all of my favourite cooking accessories.

I use a cast iron pot for all of my sauces, soups, stews, and pastas. It is safe for all cooking surfaces.
I use my non-stick frying pan to fry absolutely everything - it's especially great for oil-free recipes!
I use my bullet for quick smoothies every morning. It blends up frozen fruits and veggies perfectly.
A good food processor is a must for plant-based cooking. I use mine for pesto, hummus, soups, and more.
This griddle is amazing for frying up pancakes, veggie burgers, and more!
I use my set of silicone utensils for everything in the kitchen - I highly recommend them!
A good knife set is important! This 7-piece set contains everything for your chopping needs.
I love my bamboo cutting boards. They are very durable and easy to clean!
I use measuring cups everyday, and the stainless steel makes for an easy cleanup.
Like my measuring cups, I use my measuring spoons everyday for preparing sauces & baking.
These glass measuring cups are great for measuring out liquids or preparing sauces & dressings.
I use my glass mixing bowls to prepare big salads, marinate tofu and veggies, and to bake.
I use my lemon & lime squeezer to prepare dressings or when baking (and it catches the seeds!).
This zester is perfect for zesting citrus, and grating ginger and other fresh spices.
These are great for meal prep and storing leftovers. I like glass as it is microwave-safe!
This unbleached and compostable parchment paper is useful for baking & roasting.
You absolutely need good non-stick baking sheets. You'll use them anytime you bake or roast veggies.
Say goodbye to parchment paper! I use these non-stick baking mats for all of my baking and roasting.
If you plan on baking muffins or cupcakes once in a while, these non-stick muffin pans are great!
You won't have to use oil or vegan butter when baking, and these make for a much easier cleanup!
