Pink Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

This pink dragonfruit smoothie bowl is absolutely delicious (and very pretty!) and makes the perfect breakfast. You can use store-bought granola or make a batch of my easy homemade granola.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup plant milk (I used soy)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Fresh fruit

Equipment

  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Add frozen fruit and plant milk to a blender and blend until smooth (you want a thick smoothie consistency!).
  2. To a bowl, add smoothie then top with hemp seeds, granola and fresh fruit, enjoy!
