These chocolate chip baked oats (with banana) are a healthy and delicious breakfast or dessert recipe ready in 25 minutes. They’re made of 5 simple ingredients and packed with healthy whole foods (and no sugar, although they are sweet!). Top with some cacao nibs or chocolate chips, bake and enjoy! Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (large flake or quick)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used soy milk)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Add the oats, non-dairy milk, banana, baking powder and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a ramekin, then top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 22-27 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Feel free to top with more chocolate chips, then enjoy!

*I recommend using an 8-ounce ramekin for these chocolate chip baked oats.
