This 5-minute easy garlic hummus is the perfect appetizer to wow your dinner guests. It’s oil-free, contains minimal ingredients, and you can top it with pretty much anything you like! Serve with veggies, crackers, or this yogurt-free naan and enjoy with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (540mL)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon (or 2-3 tbsp lemon juice)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 ice cubes
Toppings
- Red onion
- Cherry tomatoes
- Kalamata olives
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
Instructions
- To a food processor or blender, add all of the hummus ingredients. Blend for a few minutes until smooth.
- Chop the red onion, cherry tomatoes and parsley/cilantro.
- Add the hummus to a shallow bowl then top with red onion, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and chopped parsley/cilantro.
- Serve with veggies or this yummy yogurt-free naan and enjoy!
