This yogurt breakfast bowl is topped with granola and plenty of fresh fruit and is my favourite 5-minute breakfast. It’s packed with protein and will keep you going all morning until lunchtime. Top with granola (either store-bought or homemade), your favourite fruits and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup vegan granola (or make my homemade granola)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Fresh fruit (I used banana, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries & pomegranate)
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, spread out the vegan Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle granola and hemp seeds above yogurt.
- Top with fruits – I used banana, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries & pomegranate) but you can use your favourite fruits.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! You could also add some nut butter for extra protein and healthy fats.
