Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

vegan dairy-free yogurt granola & fruit breakfast bowl

This yogurt breakfast bowl is topped with granola and plenty of fresh fruit and is my favourite 5-minute breakfast. It’s packed with protein and will keep you going all morning until lunchtime. Top with granola (either store-bought or homemade), your favourite fruits and enjoy!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup vegan granola (or make my homemade granola)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit (I used banana, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries & pomegranate)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, spread out the vegan Greek yogurt.
  2. Sprinkle granola and hemp seeds above yogurt.
  3. Top with fruits – I used banana, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries & pomegranate) but you can use your favourite fruits.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! You could also add some nut butter for extra protein and healthy fats.
