Homemade Almond Butter (1-Ingredient)

This homemade almond butter is made up of one ingredients (almonds!). It’s easy to make and doesn’t contain the added sugar, salt or oil that store-bought almond butter often does. All you’ll need are unsalted roasted almonds (or raw, then roasted in the oven) and a food processor!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1 jar

Ingredients

  • 200g of unsalted roasted almonds

Equipment

  • Food processor

Instructions

  1. If almonds are raw, preheat oven to 375F and roast for 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, add roasted almonds and blend for around 10 minutes, until almond butter is smooth.

Notes

*You can double or triple the amount of almonds if you want to make a large batch of this homemade almond butter.
