  1. Does this soup freeze well? Wondering because of the gnocchi. I doubled the recipe and unfortunately all 3 of my kids plus hubby weren’t a fan. I thought it was delicious. I’m making up a few containers to give to neighbors but would like to keep a bit for myself but I’m unsure about freezing it.

    1. Hi Nicole,
Glad you hear you enjoyed it (too bad about your kids and hubby though!!)
I ate it all up in 2 days so I haven’t frozen it, but I have with other soups in the past and it wasn’t a problem!
Hope your neighbors enjoy it ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I’ve been trying to add it for a while but I think I need to hire a web developer (which I’ve been putting off!).
If you send me an email, I can reply with a Word doc of the recipe and you can print it from there! minaelleskitchen@gmail.com
      Hope that’s helpful!

  4. Hello,
I cooked this soup today, the recipe was slightly adjusted into our taste. I forgot to add coconut milk, I will try soup with it next time.
Anyway, this soup is very nice, it was added on my list of dishes to be cooked again. Thank you. ๐Ÿค—
